The team?
As LUSH Digital expands, we need people more than ever to support our digital products and systems. You will be working collectively as part of the Digital Services discipline in supporting our digital products and retail teams. You will either be based in Poole (UK) or as part of our remote team based around the UK&I and Europe. 

We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds with a junior to mid-weight level of experience and are looking to take steps forward in a career in technology. . Approachable & friendly, with a passion for all things digital, providing unrivalled customer service, and working alongside like-minded people who want to make our products the best they can be.

What is the work?

  • Supporting the daily operations of our Digital products within stores and online. This includes Lush Pay, Lush.com, Business Tools, and the Systems team.
  • Remote troubleshooting of hardware and software, with occasional travel to our headquarters and stores when necessary.
  • Working as part of the product squad, supporting the rollout of new features and fixes
  • Creating and reviewing documentation to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
  • Friendly and engaging communication with our customers all across UK&I, Europe (and eventually the World!).
  • Empowering our customers and colleagues through using and supporting the technical programs and platforms that keep our products running smoothly.
  • On-the-job training and self-development opportunities.

We’ll be offering a full time, flexible shift pattern, with a mix of in-office hours and working from home hours, depending on hiring location.
