The Apprenticeship Coach/ Trainer role is an exciting opportunity to support apprentices enrolled on Business and Administration, ensuring that they achieve their qualification within the planned timescale.
The role will include providing tutoring, coaching and formative assessment to apprentices (both as individuals and in groups) as they work towards End Point Assessment (EPA) in Business and Administration and related subject areas.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a further education setting and with students of differing levels of ability and backgrounds.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to working practices and working independently.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective advice, guidance and feedback that will, in turn, benefit the education of our Apprentices.
