As an Anchor Store, Lush Spa Birmingham is an important hub for both customers and staff. In the Midlands area alone, there are ten Lush stores within a 40 mile distance to our flagship. We are also the only Spa in the Midlands, and soon to be the only Lush store in the Midlands with a Florist!
Lush Spa Birmingham is one of three UK flagship stores and is located on Birmingham New Street. We are right next to The Bullring, one of the UK’s number 1 shopping destinations and we welcome thousands of visitors through our doors each week.
This is a unique opportunity, and the Florist role is new to our store. Therefore, we are searching for a creative, someone with innovative ideas to work as our Florist at Lush Spa Birmingham. In light of this, there is the potential to make this role exactly what you want it to be!
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of retail floristry experience
- A confident networker who can spot opportunities to expand our reach
- Professional in dealing with all manner of customer interactions
- A warm and welcoming host to all visitors of Lush
- A creative, self-sufficient individual with innovative ideas and excellent time management skills
- Must be able to create bouquets without the use of tape, wire or anything that isn't compostable
