We are looking for a creative and dynamic audience insight professional to lead insight-driven audience development and decision making at the V&A.
In this role, you will get to shape future strategy and manage the development of an innovative programme of audience research, insights, and analytics to inform all aspects of the V&A’s audience offer from brand positioning to visitor forecasting, pricing strategy and marketing campaign development.
Working with senior leadership colleagues in the Audience, Commercial and Digital division you will champion a customer-centric approach for the V&A's family of sites and world class exhibition programme: from Frida Kahlo to Dior, Epic Iran to Faberge, from South Kensington to the launch of the redeveloped Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green and V&A East - two new sites on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.
We are a fast paced and collaborative team, who work with every part of the museum to deliver an outstanding experience for audiences.
