The main purpose of this role will be to drive change and improvements within the warehouse, while supervising the day-to-day activities and monitoring the productivity performance and welfare of the warehouse team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To control the accurate and efficient receipt and supply of components to the production team.
• To ensure components and products are received, stored, picked and issued to support daily production requirements.
• To use KPI’s to monitor team performance and productivity and to regularly feedback status / improvement initiatives to the team.
• Promote, demonstrate and maintain a quality culture including stock integrity, housekeeping, health and safety and teamwork by ensuring 100% compliance to all Apollo procedures
• Control all quality related activities within the warehouse. Show leadership in the implementation of new quality initiatives
• Supervise the team to ensure that time and accuracy is of the essence in every activity.

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• People management experience
• Can do attitude
• Organised with high attention to detail
