Hours 


Dayshift – Monday to Friday | 6am - Finish, 5 out of 7 days a week. 

 

Job Purpose

We are currently searching for Skilled Operatives to join our injection team in the Bacon Factory. This is a skilled role that require training and advanced skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop their career in one of the fastest growing food manufactures in the UK. 

You will be a key player in preparing a range of products that meet both customer and company standards specifications and requirements. Working within the production team you will get the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and get important experience for your CV. 

 

What it takes

You do not need experience as full training will be provided, we look for a can – do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team, however we look for excellent communication skills and the ability for candidates to work as part of a team but also alone.

 

Benefits 

The rate of pay varies with this role. Being trained in skilled areas of production accesses you to a higher hourly rate. 

Injection rate of pay is £13.15 when signed off in a skilled role.
