As the Employment Engagement Worker, you will be involved in managing relationships with the legal firms that offer placements, moving clients into secure employment and meeting the outcomes of the Roll On Monday programme. This involves working closely with clients and corporate contacts as well as working with internal partners, to ensure a steady stream of suitable clients enter the programme.

We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development
