The Contact Centre is the central point for visitors wishing to contact the V&A. We are a one-stop-shop for event bookings, online retail support and visitor information. Our office is a hive of activity throughout the year and we are passionate about the museum and dedicated to our visitors.
We are looking for an additional staff member to join our team on weekends to help us manage an increased volume of visitor queries during a particularly busy summer for the V&A. Due to the popularity of our exhibitions and events programme, we’re getting more visitor queries per day than ever before and we want to ensure that we provide customer service to be proud of throughout this period. We operate 7 days a week and are a front-line service dealing with approximately 76,000 phone enquiries, 45,000 emails and 3000 visitor comments every year. We're committed to helping you develop new skills and grow your career, previous teammates have progressed to permanent roles or taken up new opportunities in other departments at the museum.
