Housing Pathway Advisor – Southwark

6 month fixed-term contract

£27,648 - £31,142 per annum (pro-rata)

37.5 hrs pw

We are currently looking to recruit a Housing Pathway Advisor on a six month fixed-term contract. The post-holder will be based in hospitals in South East London, helping to find accommodation for clients who were previously rough sleeping or who cannot return to their previous address.

In this role, you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team including housing advisors from other homelessness services. You will be responsible for conducting assessments with clients, helping to source accommodation, advocating for clients at Housing Options teams and linking clients in with their local services.

To be successful, you will have experience of working to house vulnerable people. You will have the ability to work independently a fast paced environment. You will have a detailed knowledge of the range of housing options available to clients. The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally is also essential.
