2nd Line ICT Technician
Salary: Scale F - £22,183 - £24,491 per annum
Permanent role, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Starting: As soon as possible

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person proficient in providing a streamlined operation of ICT services across Inspiration Trust schools. The environment consists of a combination of Windows PCs, tablets, notebooks, chromebooks and iPads. The role will require someone who can multitask yet deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of users.

Based in the Central Offices the post holder will be responsible for providing 2nd line desktop, network and server support to both remote and site based users.  We are currently undertaking a large technology refresh which you will also be involved with. Working with the line manager, the post holder will be required to work with academies and other professionals to deliver timely information, advice, guidance and support. The post holder will be required to coordinate a range of tasks and relationships where set procedures/guidelines do not always apply.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with all teaching staff, support staff and pupils, and provide ongoing technical support to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

This role is working across multiple sites in Norfolk so you will need to be prepared to travel between the sites.  you will have knowledge and experience in supporting Windows 10, Office365, Chrome, G-Suite and IOS as well as key business applications.  If you think that you have the skills and attributes for this exciting role, we would be pleased to hear from you.
