Part-time (29 hrs/week over 4 or 5 days), Permanent position

The V&A is the world’s leading museum of art and design. We enrich people’s lives by promoting the practice of design and increasing knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of the designed world.

We are looking for a strong administrator. You will be a dynamic, organised self-starter working in a fast paced team as an HR Administrator, supporting our family of Museums that includes the V&A at South Kensington and the V&A Museum Childhood at Bethnal Green. The post holder will take a business partnership approach to support a full HR service including, general HR issues, pay and benefits, recruitment, organisational development, employee relations, training and development and employee welfare.

You will join a team of three HR Administrators who work together to provide a shared service to all departments across the Museum. The HR Admin team is directly responsible for administering all of the functions such as payroll, recruitment administration and contractual correspondence and is the first line of HR support and information to managers.

As an HR Administrator you should be passionate about people and delivering a first class HR service in a busy fast paced environment.
