Salary: Scale F - £18,995 - £20,971 (£22,183 - £24,491 Full Time Equivalent)

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person to work as a Behaviour Manager at Great Yarmouth Charter Academy.

The role is to support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons in the Academy and have been placed in the Inclusion Room. To provide immediate support for behavioural incidents which take place and work with students, parents and staff to support a smooth reintegration back into the learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. There will be a need for top quality organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders. NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is essential for this post.
