Overview of Role

Support the Online Photography Coordinator in processing all website product images, ensuring they meet the photography guidelines and specifications for own and all concession partner sites. Ensure all images are submitted to the Online Production Co-ordinators in time to achieve a 96% on time launch on our own and 3^rd party sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site sweeps to QC newly launched imagery, making sure images launch to correct guidelines. Report on any issues; ensure they are resolved within 24hrs.
• Take ownership of image deadlines, build relationships with the online trade team – ensuring third party concessions and own site images are delivered to the needed time frame. All images to be submitted 4 weeks in advance of the stock intake date to ensure a 96% ‘on time launch’ rate.
• Support the Online Photography Coordinator to process images from the start to end of the image process; making sure all images meet the photography guidelines
• Support the Online Photography Coordinator with all product image related queries, liaising with the buying, online and photographic studio repro/production teams
• Resize campaign imagery to upload onto the site
• Assist the Online Content Assistant in preparing for photo shoots; compile shoot lists and call sheets, book couriers, prepare samples.
