Assistant Headteacher - Pastoral

We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of teaching, learning, and curriculum across the Academy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our successful and thriving Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have the drive and determination to continually improve standards throughout the school.

The successful candidate should expect to support the work of the Deputy Head in the following areas initially:

  • Student Engagement

  • Student Attendance

  • Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader

Responsibilities are regularly reviewed and rotated in order to support career progression and develop knowledge across all areas of school leadership.

The successful candidate would initially work at Clayton Hall Academy for the first twelve months, then may be asked to work in a similar role across the other schools in the North Staffs Learning Community for Windsor Academy Trust.
