We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our newly created Marketing team in Crewe. This is your chance to make your mark on how we market our product and services and challenging current ways of working.

The role

  • Support and work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver the marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation and client retention.
  • Run and monitor lead and prospect nurturing campaigns, covering on and offline channels, to generate Marketing Qualified Leads for the Sales team.
  • Create digital campaigns across email, paid social and paid search to drive new leads and educate them through the funnel.
  • Regular reporting and campaign analysis to assess activities against agreed goals, providing test and learn recommendations.
  • Responsible for managing RedEye’s organic social media channels, ensuring our audience base is growing and engaged.
  • Copywriting small pieces of content for social as well as blogs around key topics and themes.
  • Support the overall running of and end to end marketing activities for events.
  • Manage external agencies which support the delivery of the marketing strategy
  • Complete ongoing research into competitor marketing activities, as well as key themes/topics and news within our industry.

Person

  • An experienced Marketing Manager or someone who is ready to take the next step into a Marketing Manager role.
  • Strong digital expertise with 2-3 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
  • The ability to work unsupervised when needed, with a high level of self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good communicator, who is also strong team player and able to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
  • An analytical and commercial mindset.
  • A creative thinker who isn’t afraid to propose new ideas or way of working.
  • An experienced user of marketing automation tools, ideally Hubspot or similar.
  • An understanding of both HTML and SEO.
