We like to talk the talk and are now walking the walk looking for someone who can ensure our clients get the top standard whether they’re new or have been with us for the past 11 years – can you handle it? 

Redington's Reporting team is an integral link from the technical asset modelling colleagues and our consulting teams. You will be helping to effectively communicate really important data across the business to deliver our client’s requirements.

The role is a permanent position with full training provided.

INVESTMENT20/20 PROGRAMME

The Investment20/20 Trainee Programme at Redington is aimed at graduates as well as school/college leavers. The purpose is to enable individuals with limited or no exposure to financial services to start their careers in the investment management industry and gain the skills and experience required to progress their careers within the industry.

All Trainees will be part of the wider Investment20/20 community with the opportunity to build relationships with Trainees outside of Redington through both social and professional events. Trainees will receive extensive ‘on the job’ training. Individuals will be provided with training and experience to deliver a presentation and gain exposure to public speaking as part of the Trainee Scheme.



YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE

  • Highly Numerate with good knowledge of statistics
  • Detail oriented – always crossing the ‘T’s and dotting the ‘I’s
  • Exceptionally experienced in Excel
  • Have a passion for personal development
  • Adaptable and agile with your approach to different people
  • Persistent – can see things through to completion
  • Quick to learn, quick to understand and quick to evaluate

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE

  • Some exposure to advanced Microsoft Excel functions
  • An interest in financial markets
  • Completed some self-guided research into the complexities of asset management and the funds management industry
