DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE - SKY GARDEN

We are a luxury food business with over 20 years’ experience. We manage and run Sky Garden which houses two restaurants; Darwin Brasserie and Fenchurch Restaurant, and two bars.  

We are looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie's to join our brilliant kitchen teams at Darwin Brasserie and Fenchurch Restaurants in Sky Garden.

You'll be working 5 straight shifts over 7 days, in our vibrant and busy modern kitchens. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef to take their career to the next level.

You should ideally:

• Be a Demi Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef with at least two years’ experience working with fresh produce.
• Bright, passionate and reliable with a desire to succeed and passion for producing good quality food.

We’re fundamentally looking for a good foundation of skills and a great attitude. We can teach the rest.

Chefs must have:

• Full eligibility to work in the UK
• A clear command of English Language
• Experience working in different kitchens
• A good understanding of a variety of cooking styles
• A friendly, positive nature and be hard working and reliable
