Poplars is a 12-bed residential home for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and complex needs. When you join the team at Poplars you will develop some key skills such as communication, team work, and positive behavioural support.

The adults who live at Poplars are a lively bunch who like to keep the staff team busy with parties, arts and crafts, walks, hydrotherapy, baking, and music and singing. The adults love interacting and laughing with people, and after a day of fun, quite often like to chill out with music, a film on Netflix, or by listening to a good story.

They are all quite different, with their own personalities and needs, and you will have lots to learn - but don’t worry because the close-knit and well-established staff team know the adults really well and will help you to get to know each adult really well.
