The role;
The aim is to support and execute the customer marketing 3 year strategy across frozen, dispense & coffee for Vimto Out Of Home. You will continually develop and manage the core customer marketing support across our branded portfolio for our Out Of Home (OOH) commercial team and the wider business.

  • In collaboration with the brand, customer and commercial teams develop the frozen, dispense and coffee 3 year strategy against our business objectives.
  • Tailor the activation plan to meet the needs of the individual channels, customers, and environments.
  • With support from the Customer Marketing Manager, take responsibility for the execution of the annual marketing activation plan.
  • Support the Out of Home sales team with best in practice sales tools that are fit for purpose.
  • Work closely with our internal creative team to ensure all literature, sales tools and POS are fully updated and effective in their communication.
  • Use external data and insight to understand the changing world that our consumers and customers operate in, maximising opportunities where possible.
  • Ownership of the planning, delivery and review of the trade show plan.
  • Working alongside the CMM and our PR agency to execute our annual trade media and PR plan against our channel objectives and clear KPIs.
  • Manage social media and web-based activity keeping it fresh and relevant.
  • Manage the customer marketing budget against the plan.
  • Reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager based at Nichols PLC headquarters with regular customer and trade visits across the UK.

Qualifications

  • University/College Graduates specialising in marketing or business studies (desirable).

Experience:

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or marketing communications.
  • Experience in digital, trade communication and social media desirable.
  • Experience within the out of home channel desirable but not essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Highly organised, must be able to demonstration ability to prioritise workload.
  • Commercial awareness of the market landscape and our competitors.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new projects and the ever changing out of home landscape.
  • Demonstrates creativity.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels and good team player.
  • Financially competent with basic level IT skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups of people.
