Our business is growing and our latest project, 22 Bishopsgate, is due to open soon. 22B is a new type of workplace designed specifically to benefit and support a diverse, connected community.
What is it?
Occupying the communal spaces across the 2nd floor of 22 Bishopsgate, RHC will manage The Market. This space includes a restaurant and adjoining terrace, a modern wine bar, as well as a selection of food and drink offerings in street-food style kiosks. The 450-cover space will also house an events and cultural area supporting a dynamic programme of talks, music and private events.
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for our upcoming restaurant, The Market.
As Restaurant Sous Chef you will be second in command of a brasserie style restaurant and al fresco terrace with a standalone bar serving delicious cocktails and craft beers.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal Sous Chef will need to have experience within a quality restaurant/brasserie or all-day dining concept and the ability to manage a team of ten in total, in the absence of the Head Chef.
You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink are essential. You’ll have the support of a superb Executive and Head Chef too.
We look for smart (in all senses), polished individuals. Serious on the outside, but fun on the inside.
