Vimto Out of Home is a new and exciting part of the Nichols PLC company, the channel manages a diverse cross-category and multi-customer portfolio across our Packaged, Frozen and Dispense brands making Out of Home a demanding and growing area of the business.

As part of the OOH marketing team our goal is to bring these brands to life for our customers and our consumers. Whether this is through exciting promotional activity, exhibiting at trade shows, activating experiential roadshows or creating eye-catching POS and literature we provide the support our brand and sales teams need in order excite consumers and the trade about our brands.The role will work primarily with the Out of Home team with the opportunity to support our international team if required.

 Your job will include:

  • Support the Customer Marketing Manager to develop the 1-3 years OOH marketing strategy to include dispense, packaged and frozen products.
  • Support the CMM with the implementation and management of the marketing plans cross-category with our operations and commercial teams.
  • Help support growth strategy for the OOH brand range, developing activity plans which maximise brand impact at customer locations to increase consumer demand.
  • Design and deliver marketing literature materials and POS assets as required by the OOH commercial team.
  • Ensure the sales team have the appropriate selling tools.
  • Work with our priority customers on bespoke promotional activity where required.
  • Work alongside our internal creative team to produce trade support materials, POS and trade/customer facing activity to required deadlines.
  • Develop and execute the trade show calendar with our commercial team against budget.
  • Build relationships and work with our business partners to promote their business alongside ours.
  • Ownership of the development and management of our OOH website and POS portal, as well as social media activity.
  • Regularly communicate internally to the business and its stakeholders any new news or updates in the OOH RTM.
  • Begin to understand and make better use of demographic data and then targeting any activity where growth is required.
  • Manage the relationships with our external agencies, negotiating costs when required.
  • Manage administration tasks relating to the OOH marketing budget, for example raising POs and measuring ROI against activity.
  • Must be open to travel to our other location in Thurrock if required.
