22 Bishopsgate is a new type of workplace designed to benefit and support a diverse, connected community.
Occupying the communal spaces across the 2nd floor of 22 Bishopsgate, RHC manages The Market. This space is the foodie heart of the building and it includes a restaurant and adjoining terrace, a modern wine bar, as well as a selection of food and drink offerings in street-food style kiosks. The 450-cover space also houses events supporting a dynamic programme of talks, music and private dinners and events.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. Our food offer is fresh, healthy and vibrant with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases RHC's signature creativity, whether fresh, classic or Asian style street food in our kiosks.
The ideal Sous Chef will have worked in a quality hotel kitchen or a top-end B&I contract catering operation and have great presence, personality, communication skills but above all, a love of food and drink.
You'll have the support of a superb Executive Head Chef to help you on your way.
