- Communication – you will be required to assist with pupils, staff and members of the public
- Organisation – especially if you are balancing this role alongside other work experiences or studying
- Team work – you will be working with a variety of people across the organisation to achieve shared goals
- Flexibility – no two days are the same!
- Initiative – at times you will work independently so having a proactive approach is essential
- Experience of working with children – a fantastic opportunity if you are considering working in the education or charity sector
