• Organisation – especially if you are balancing this role alongside other work experiences or studying
• Team work – you will be working with a variety of people across the organisation to achieve shared goals
• Flexibility – no two days are the same!
• Initiative – at times you will work independently so having a proactive approach is essential
• Experience of working with children – a fantastic opportunity if you are considering working in the education or charity sector
