Position Overview:  As a Buyer, you'll play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes. You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, you'll drive efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials, products, and services according to company needs and quality standards. Ensuring that materials are purchased and delivered on time to achieve 98% Supplier delivery performance & 95% Acknowledgement on PO’s.
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to optimise costs while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and forecast future needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage order fulfilment, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Minimising critical components risk exposure.
  • Monitoring supplier buffer stock and liability,
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
