What we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience of leading digital payment and information (technological and business) process architecture, analysis and design.
The ideal candidate will be a natural self-starter, with significant experience in approaches to the design of ticketing, information and payment services, combined with an ability to interpret complex data from diverse sources used to inform, lead and enable the development of TfN’s digital payments and information strategy in alignment with TfN’s Long Term Rail Fares Strategy.
As the Strategic Rail Stakeholder Lead for Digital strategy, development and roll out, you will use your expertise to develop strong and productive working relationships with industry bodies, supplier markets, developers and DfT teams, whilst partnering with multiple stakeholders, external partners and stakeholders across the North of England and nationally to lead the development and delivery of user centred digital services.
You will be tenacious with an ability to make difficult decisions and recommendations that influences others to achieve required outcomes and ensure robust strategy/business case development meets expectations.
