East Point Academy
Inclusion Supervisor
Salary: Scale E £18,010 - £19,494 per annum (£20,092 - £21,748 full time equivalent)
Permanent
Full time, 37 hours per week
Term time plus three weeks

East Point Academy is seeking a reliable and responsible Inclusion Supervisor to maintain our high standards of student behaviour. 

The role involves supporting students with behaviour concerns who have been placed in the Academy’s inclusion (internal exclusion) facility.  

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will have excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
