The V&A is developing a major presence over two sites in Stratford’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. The development will dramatically increase access to the V&A’s world-class collections, allow the museum to reach new audiences through an expanded programme of exhibitions, activities and events, and is driven by a desire to inspire and empower the next generation in their creative and cultural lives.

V&A East Project Team

All members of the V&A East team work across both sites, the Waterfront Museum and the Collections and Research Centre, to ensure both projects are fully integrated with the V&A’s multi-site operational plan, and delivered effectively to the highest standard.

This is a Maternity Cover for a Project Coordinator who supports the Senior Project Manager and Project Director in organizing all museum activities necessary to drive the project forward, alongside managing discrete work and procurement packages, and to provide essential administrative support to the V&A East Project Team.

The role is very varied, and will involve stakeholder management at all levels, both internal and external, as well as logistics, finance management and planning for operational handover of the new spaces at V&A East.
