Aftersales Marketing
Salary: £25,000 to £28,500

Lloyd Motor Group is a premium, nationally recognised automotive retailer. Due to continuing growth, we have an opportunity for a marketer to join our award-winning marketing team in a newly created role. This permanent position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive looking to progress their career and advance within a well-established company and alongside some global brands.
Based in the marketing department in Carlisle, you will oversee the Aftersales marketing activity for our retailers and service centres. The role will include a mixture of office and remote work and visits to our retail centres and supplier meetings.
You'll be responsible for increasing awareness, engagement and lead generation as we look to continue growing our business across Aftersales. You'll work on delivering high-quality marketing campaigns through collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and our manufacturer partners. These partners include global brands such as BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Kia.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns from initial concept to completion.
- Work closely with our manufacturer partners to ensure their national programmes fit seamlessly into our communications strategy and retain the maximum number of customers for our centres.
- Grow interactions across all channels and touchpoints from paid, owned and earned media to help generate sales leads.
- Work closely with our manufacturer partners and their national and global marketing agencies to support Lloyd Motor Group's local activity
- Act as a primary point of contact for content across our websites, microsites and social media pages.
- Work closely with third party suppliers and agencies.
- Assess the effectiveness of campaigns and manage marketing budgets.
- Continual awareness of competitor activity to ensure understanding of the market and make recommendations to help make improvements.
- Actively participate in a high performing, engaged team – championing teamwork and contributing to team tasks.
About You:
- A relevant university degree or marketing qualification is desirable.
- Experience in working across multi-media marketing campaigns, data and analytics.
- An excellent understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like.
- Experience of working within a high performing team.
- Excel in a busy and fast-paced role, so you'll be process-driven and commercially astute.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and adaptable with a rationale approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, energetic and urgent in approaching all tasks.
- Full UK driving licence as travel will be required across our Retail Centres and to supplier meetings when necessary.
