NDT Sales Coordinator
Home based with travel

Relying on 20+ years of experience, we are continuing the development of our product portfolio to drive customers towards the digital transformations required to stay at the forefront.

We have an exciting opportunity for an NDT Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As NDT Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the growth and development of a number of HTSL’s NDT product lines which include QSA Global, Carestream, Sonotec etc.

You will be covering the whole UK, based from home with frequent site visits, you will be responsive for handling the full sales cycle, from lead generation, quoting to closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

 ·       Act as the main point of contact for enquiries for NDT products and provide quotations and technical support as required.

·       Identify and follow up on sales opportunities arising during site visits.

·       Identify opportunities to develop new products or services within the NDT division.

·       Investigate and resolve any customer feedback related to NDT products or services.

·       Resolve technical and supply issues with key suppliers with support of technical manager

·       Plan service visits to meet customer requirements and make the most effective use of time and travel costs.

·       Arrange service visits directly with customers including providing quotations for the work and ensuring a purchase order is in place.

·       To demonstrate a clear understanding of NDT testing methods

·       To demonstrate a clear understanding of the safety, security and regulatory aspects of handling and transporting high activity sources.

·       All other activities relating to the successful operation of the NDT division.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, we’re looking for individuals with a background in NDT equipment sales. You must be able to work safely and methodically in a highly regulated environment and have a good foundation in sales or a customer services role. You must also be able to effectively manage a small team and pick up knowledge on transport regulations relating to radioactive material and import / export controls.
