Judged as ‘Good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection (Feb 2018), Long Field Academy is an 11-16 provider located in the rural market town of Melton Mowbray, just 17 miles from both Nottingham and Leicester.

Permanent, 39 weeks per year

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the academy’s Additional Educational Needs department supporting students within our Computing department.

To work under the direct supervision of the SENDCo  and Computing Director to provide support for teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures and the SEN Code of Practice. This will include providing support to students within their Computing lessons and occasionally to facilitate small groups outside of the classroom. There may also be occasions when you are required to support in other curriculum areas.
