We have a new exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to Join the Offender Learning team based at Milton Keynes College.
As a contract administrator, you will support the OLASS Director to exercise control over a significant and complex multimillion-pound OLASS contract by undertaking the required contract administration to ensure it is discharged in accordance with agreed contractual provisions.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Have proven knowledge, skills and experience in contract administration
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Able to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring a consistently high standard in all aspects of work
- Take pride in providing excellent customer service
- Have a good understanding contracting principles
- Experienced in developing, recommending and implementing solutions to role related problems.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able of prioritise work and ensuring defined tasks and activities are discharged effectively, accurately and professionally.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling professional output to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be educated to Degree level or equivalent in appropriate subjects with demonstrable commercial aptitude or a person with demonstrable commercial aptitude based on previous experience.

Salary: Circa £24,000
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
