The V&A is the world's leading museum of art, design and performance. We enrich people's lives by promoting the practice of design and increasing knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of the designed world.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for a new post - National Schools Programmes Producer- to support the V&A’s formal education strategic objective to develop new, high-profile national initiatives that champion design and technology. The programme will include: new teacher CPD offers that meets D&T/A&D teachers’ needs; content creation for onsite / online / outreach engagement; and the integration and development of existing programming. This post will be part of the Schools’ team, supporting the delivery of museum learning across the V&A, and will work alongside external contractors to meet these ambitious project objectives.

The successful applicant will have experience of working with schools and teachers in a museum or gallery learning setting, and a track record of successful project-management involving multiple stakeholders. Diligent, efficient and creative, the post-holder will bring their enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills to this role and help shape the future provision of formal education at the V&A.

This is a fixed term position until 31 March 2021
