Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Generalist Lecturer who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning. If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, we would like you to be part our education team based at HMP Whitemoor. The role will involve some delivery in Education as cover, as well as some Outreach delivery on the wings.

The core of the delivery will be Maths/English/IT, but you may be required to cover other subjects to meet the contractual demands of the department. Subjects to cover are mainly: Functional skills maths and English up to level 2, Personal and Social Development. Other subjects delivered within the department: Art, Graphic Design, Catering, Employability, ICT, Sport, Business, Cleaning, Creative Writing, Humanities, ESOL. Support would be given to develop in subject areas you are not experienced in, as long as you have a passion for teaching and a willingness to develop.
