We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Membership Manager to join our Membership Team, part of the Museum’s Development Department. You will help to deliver a world class level of service to both new and existing V&A Members in recognition that their support is integral to the Museum’s future.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading and motivating people. They will be able to galvanize colleagues and volunteers from across different front of house teams to offer V&A Membership as a suitable proposition to all Museum visitors. They will have the ability to lead and manage a range of initiatives that engage and compel people from all V&A audience groups to support the Museum in this way. This role also involves analysing sales figures and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and retention of members.
Interviews will be held on 20 & 21 October 2020.
