We are seeking a fantastic Supporter Communications Officer, who will help devise and deliver our supporter communications programme for warm committed givers and our digital communications in line with our fundraising growth strategy. With support from your manager, you will project manage the programme with a focus on increasing response rate, income and donor loyalty from among our supporters.

The role is responsible for the project management, implementation, monitoring and review of a wide range of Direct Marketing communications, including mail, online and text to donate as part of our individual giving team.

As the majority of our communications are produced in house, it is essential that you can write strong, compelling copy combined with an understanding of how high quality written communication plays in connecting our donors with our cause.  You will also need to be a great team player and able to develop effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.

In return, you will get regular opportunities to see our charity's work in action, meet the homeless people we support, and be part of a motivated and passionate fundraising and communications department. With your help we will be able to nurture and keep our warm donors; who in turn will provide essential fundraised income to expand our charity’s help for homeless people across the country.
