37 hours per week, term time + 4 weeks

Based at the Inspiration Curriculum Centre, Norwich 

The Inspiration Trust is looking for an experienced PA / office manager to provide confidential and efficient support to the standards director. 

You will support the standards director to ensure the education team’s services are delivered to a high and professional standard. You will be responsible for all aspects of support for the standards director including diary management, preparing documents, event and meetings management, communications, dealing with visitors, office administration, and management of filing systems. You will also manage a small admin team. 

This is an exciting, challenging role for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and progressive environment. You will be flexible and a team player and have experience in a PA role, excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent IT skills.
