Job purpose
The primary function of the role is to support the QMS Business Systems Advisor providing support for both the quality and Insphire system. Duties will be varied, assisting with various aspects throughout the business.
Principle Accountabilities
- Assist with continued implementation of the Insphire system
- Monitor and action updates required for the system to run at its optimum
- Work alongside project teams and operations improving efficiencies, functionalities and use of the Insphire system
- Update user guides for various aspects of the system
- To assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality requirements of the company’s Integrated Management System (incorporating ISO9001).
- Assisting with compliance of international standards, industry legislation and regulations
- Collation and production of performance data and charts
Other Tasks / General
- Liaise with office and workshop staff in the UK
- Liaise with global facilities
- Adhere to QHSE policy
- Participate in staff calls and meetings
- From time to time may be required to perform other duties as determined by their abilities
Qualifications and Experience
- Administration experience focusing strongly on accuracy, consistency and attention to detail
- Professional and focused approach at all times, with positive and proactive attitude
- Organised with an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Strong IT skills, with ability to work internal systems (training provided)
