Position: Registered Nurse (RNLD/RGN/RMHN) Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ Salary: up to £19.00/hr (DOE) Hours: Full-time, including some Night cover on a rota
The Role
To provide day to day management and operational control of the service alongside and during the absence of the Registered Manager. To provide holistic support to our adults following the Trust’s intrinsic principles and behaviours. To ensure the highest quality of nursing care, support, and community experience to assist our adults who have a range of complex disabilities to maintain a degree of independence and improved quality of life.
To deliver a high quality nursing service to meet the needs of individual people with profound and complex disabilities. To be responsible for the assessment of their nursing needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes.
A strong work ethic and experience of working with adults and young people with PMLD and complex needs is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of moving and handling techniques, be IT Literate, and experience with working to eating and drinking guidelines.
