Move On Worker - TST North

£27,648 - £31,142 per annum

37.5 hours per week

At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions.

As the TST North Move On Worker you will be working directly with clients to assess their options and to match them to appropriate move on accommodation. You will be brokering and managing relationships with private and social landlords to create a range of move on options for our clients. This involves working closely with clients and external contacts as well as working with internal partners.

To be successful, you will have the ability to deliver tailored and personalised move on sessions; giving clear, personalised and realistic advice and information to clients about their future housing options. Other requirements include an understanding around Welfare and Benefits and an ability to manage large caseloads in a busy operational environment. As your role will be varied, the ability to communicate effectively is also essential.

In return, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development.
