The Curator of Operations (Sculpture) is responsible for the collections management of 22,500 objects and the line management of two Assistant Curators. It is crucial to the smooth running of 22 front-facing galleries, the management of 10 object stores and contributing to the Museum’s high profile FuturePlan projects. It requires strong strategic and resource planning, experience of collections management in a curatorial department and the ability to line manage and to work collaboratively with colleagues in diverse departments across the Museum.
