We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager who will be responsible for the assessment, development, sourcing, prioritisation, coordination and evaluation of the Learning and Development requirements of the V&A.
Working in close partnership with the Head of HR, the wider HR team and the business, the post-holder will identify, plan, develop, deliver, commission and evaluate learning and development activities to align with organisational needs and priorities.
