Campaigns Manager £35,075 - £38,918 p.a. London 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for someone who can develop and deliver compelling campaigns that inspire the public to take part in reforming policy, improving practice and raising awareness in order to improve the lives of people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
At a time when rough sleeping and homelessness is high on the political agenda, we are looking for a skilled campaigner to help us achieve our influencing objectives.
We are looking for someone with a successful track record of campaigning for changes in public policy. The ability to analyse complex policy issues in order to develop compelling campaign messages and inspire action is crucial for this role.
The role will involve:
- Planning, implementing and evaluating impactful campaigns that motivate people to take action to deliver positive change for people who are homeless.
- Recruiting and retaining campaigners by ensuring supporter journeys are well structured, timely and engaging.
- Ensuring campaigners only receive communications of the highest quality that they have requested, in accordance with the latest data protection legislation and best practice.
- Using internal communication channels to champion campaigning across the organisation and to engage staff, clients and volunteers in campaign activities.
- Providing line management and supervision to the Campaigns Officer.
In return, we offer a range of benefits including a 6% pension contribution and generous and very popular flexi-time scheme enabling you to balance your work and home life and accrue additional days off work to supplement your 25 days annual holiday.
