London is open, shows are back on and we're looking for a brilliant Sous Chef to join us at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.

Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

An institution in its own right, The Elgar Room serves modern British cuisine, the focal point of the kitchen being the Josper grill. Open to ticket holders only, we operate on show days and serve around 150 covers per service. Therefore, straight shifts only (although some flexibility will be required). 

The Sous Chef will be working within a lovely team of 6, and will need to be strong enough to run the operation in the Head Chef’s absence. Experience cooking with a Josper Grill would be a huge bonus. 

Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team.
