The 0 – 19 Early Help Service is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to support with the delivery of quality programmes for young people and families which will be delivered within BACE Holidays and Positive Activities delivered in various locations borough wide during the holiday period and term time. A variety of sessional or fixed term roles are currently available requiring various level of qualifications, technical skills, knowledge and experience as set out below:

  • BACE Holiday and Positive Activities Co-Ordinator – experience of programme and activities delivery and/or events
  • Creative Media tutors, photography, Art and Crafts, Fine Art; life drawing, watercolours, and sculpture
  • Music Production, Radio Production, Video Editing including social media experience on a variety of platforms
  • Dance and theatre production including set design, theatre make up, light and sound operators
  • Sports across all areas we are particularly looking for experience with gymnastics and acrobatics
  • Outdoor Educational delivery – DofE Award and Bushcraft experience
  • Accreditation experience i.e. ASDAN, Arts Award, DofE Award
  • Specialised delivery for SEND activities including Autism/ADHD
  • Lettings and Buildings support

BACE Holidays and Positive Activities Summer delivery commences every term time and holiday across the academic year. Hours and regularity of work will be variable on an ‘as and when’ basis or ‘fixed term’ contracts for term time delivery all of which will require flexible hours including evening and weekends. Hourly rate will be according to the requirements for the skills, experience, qualification and Grading of role set out within the job description. Candidates will be required to complete the DBS application and document identification meeting during the interview period therefore candidates should refer to the DBS process requirements upon application to ensure they are able to complete the process within a timely manner.
