Assistant Principal 

Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Leadership Group Pay Range Spinal Points 12 to 16 (£58,105 - £64,224 per annum)

Starting April 2023

Hethersett Academy is seeking an inspiring, innovative, and dedicated Assistant Principal to deliver and achieve high aspirations for achievement and personal development of all pupils across the school. The successful candidate will ensure pupils receive an exceptional teaching experience through mentoring, coaching, professional development and performance management of staff. 

The role will involve line management responsibilities, liaising with the Central Education team and Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure effective teaching and safeguarding strategies are implemented across the school.
