Salesforce Administrator (Maternity cover)

RedEye is looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales team in London on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You’d be joining a high performing Sales team whose sole focus is generating new business revenue for RedEye.

We provide the tools digital marketers need to increase revenue. Our unique solution is driven by a database that combines all customer data, online and offline to deliver multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Help the business realise its vision for Salesforce by implementing core changes to layout of Salesforce pages.
  • Help design and implement workflows that will assist with the sales process and ensure a degree of automation is achieved.
  • Improve and maintain the quality of the data captured and stored in the org via validations, daily reporting and data uploads.
  • Day to day administration and support of the org including, roles, profiles and permission management
  • Working with key stakeholders across multiple business areas to help with engagement and integration of Salesforce.
  • Assist with the implementation of business processes into Salesforce to improve efficiencies

You must have;

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator (essential)
  • Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook email skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience using Salesforce (essential)
  • Able to work in a team and be self-disciplined.
  • An ability to think strategically about Salesforce and its integration
  • Salesforce Administration certifications (desirable)
  • Experience liaising with Marketing and Sales teams to help build prospecting lists
