We currently have a vacancy within our Security team on a seasonal basis.

The Role:

Our Seasonal Security Officer will carry out a range of day-to-day operational tasks required in order to provide a safe and secure environment including cash transit, site patrols, access control and visitor management.

The Seasonal Security Officer will assist our visitors with information and advice as required, and ensure that all incidents are dealt with and reported in a timely manner. The Seasonal Security Officer will also support the Guest Experience Team by providing first aid to our employees and visitors.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working at a Security Officer level, with a relevant security qualification
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
• Experience of providing first aid in a customer-focused setting, along with a First Aid at Work qualification
• A full driving licence valid in the UK
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills gained within a fast paced customer-focused environment
• Competency in the use of computers, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office products

Previous experience working in a visitor attraction environment would be an advantage.

Hours of work are 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and Bank Holidays as rostered. Successful candidates will be expected to work additional hours during busy periods.
