We are seeking a part-time (18 hours per week) Research and Teaching Fellow to work on Encounters on the Shop Floor: Embodiment and the Knowledge of the Maker ( https://www.vam.ac.uk/info/encounters-on-the-shop-floor ), a five-year research project supported by the V&A Research Institute (VARI) with Imperial College London.

The Research and Teaching Fellow will be working in a small interdisciplinary team connected to other key stakeholders involved in the project. This is a lively and intellectually exciting arena in which to work, connecting a world-class museum, a leading UK university for science, engineering, medicine and business, and wider communities of academics, practitioners and performers through research and educational modelling.

You will be supporting the creative development and implementation of a portfolio of research activities and events, innovative educational programmes, an edited book and a series of short films. You will be contributing your knowledge and expertise and develop your research and publication profile.
