Your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform standardised and non-standardised testing to internal work instructions and national/international standards.
- Perform test audits to internal and external requirements.
- Review and author work instructions, test results and audit reports.
- Maintaining, upgrading and commissioning test equipment.
- Work across 6 different laboratories performing testing on dozens of pieces of equipment, including EMC, sound, light, environmental, mechanical and fire testing facilities.
- Be involved in the development cycle of new and existing products, following from design to sustaining.
What you will need to succeed:
- 2 + years of experience working in a testing laboratory environment.
- Be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Experience of working to published standards (ISO, EN, IEC etc).
- Familiarity with the MS office suite, particularly Excel.
