Slough Aspire CIC is an innovative social enterprise partnership between The Windsor Forest Colleges Group and SEGRO Plc. We operate from the Aspire Centre, our eco-industrial training and events venue at the heart of Slough Trading Estate and we’re looking for someone to join our team as an Operations Co-ordinator!

A busy small business, we are looking for someone to provide day to day operational management to ensure the smooth running of the Aspire Centre. Key elements of the role are:

  • Facilitating smooth running of the venue from event preparation to ensuring facilities/maintenance contracts are fulfilled
  • Coordinating a whole team approach to the Centre’s events calendar, leading on staff rotas and deputising for the Slough Aspire Chief Executive as needed
  • Managing project work and the tracking and reporting of centre activities

Events at the Aspire Centre can range from corporate business meetings to work inspiration days for young people, so we’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people and will pride themselves on providing a great service to our customers. A friendly attitude as well as a practical proactive approach to problem solving are key to succeeding in this role.
